Production time is 10 working days plus shipping time, counting from confirmation of payment and final validation of the designs.

We do not offer design service as such, so we would need you to send us the design already created. However, we can help you to adapt it to our templates, adjusting measures and position so that it fits correctly in the product format.

We have a template for each product. The designs must be in vector format, with all texts drawn, in 300 dpi resolution and in CMYK color mode. The design must be placed in the "Design" layer.

The background of the design should extend to the outer green lines (which act as a safety margin), although what will ultimately be printed will be what is inside the red lines (cutting lines).

Yes, it is possible to include several design references in the same print run. This allows you to create variety within the same product line without increasing printing costs.

No. Products are delivered without the stickers applied. This is mainly because many of our labels include warranty seals, and if we were to apply them before delivery, it would no longer be possible to package the product afterwards. In this way, we ensure that you can pack, seal and label your products securely and properly.

The design can have a maximum of 3 colors. Each color requires a different cliché. Clichés are paid only once and are retained for future orders (destroyed if not used for a period of 2 years).

Yes, it is possible to mix colors within the same order, as long as the quantity corresponding to full boxes is respected. For example, if the order is for two boxes, one box of each color can be made.
