SHIPPING

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs are free throughout the peninsula. Consult rates for shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands.

How much does shipping cost outside of Spain?

At THContainers, we offer flat-rate shipping rates throughout the EU starting at €17.95 per box.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands or the Canary Islands, we recommend contacting
info@thcontainers.es for rates, as they differ from those for the Iberian Peninsula.

RETURNS

Is it possible to return an order?

Yes, but only if the product is in perfect condition and retains the warranty seals and packaging exactly the same as the original shipment. Returns of orders that have been opened or tampered with by the customer will not be accepted.

What is the return period?

The term for any return will be 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product by the customer.

Once we receive it at our facilities we will verify that it meets the requirements to make the refund. Our staff will ensure that the product is returned in perfect condition and will not accept any product that does not meet the requirements.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for returns?

Yes, returns are the responsibility of the customer.

How is my return reimbursed?

The amount of the refund will be made by the same method of payment (bank transfer, credit card or Paypal). Shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded in any case.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Domestic orders are delivered within 24-72 hours after payment of the proforma. Delivery time for international orders varies according to the country of destination. The average estimated delivery time is 5 working days.
