Cannafest is an international trade fair for cannabis and medicinal herbs held in Prague, which the organizers themselves describe as the largest of its kind in the world. The 16th edition will take place from November 6 to 8, 2026, at PVA Expo Praha in the Letňany district, with opening hours from 11:00 to 18:00. The 15th edition took place from November 7 to 9, 2025 (at PVA Expo Praha).
For those who manufacture or sell products containing cannabinoids, the trade fair brings together cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in a single venue. What a CBD or cannabis package needs to address today
When choosing packaging for cannabinoids, it is advisable to review six points before discussing format or color:
Content protection. Cannabinoids degrade with light, heat, and oxygen, so the material and closure must be chosen for the intended lifespan and checked with stability tests of the product itself.
Regulatory category. Whether a product is a cosmetic, a supplement, or a medication affects the permitted materials and the mandatory labeling.
